I am LOVING that is its Thursday! Had a productive day off of working out, laundry & making dinner for the bf & his roommate since I'm in Chicago visiting. I will hopefully post pics of the recipes with a link to my friend Amy's blog because she's new to the blogging world and has TONS of amazing healthy recipes.
